International Professional Qualification for Leadership (IPQL)

International Professional Qualification for Leadership from the Empowerment Leaders (ELUK) is a new qualification For 18-25 year olds.  It provides international recognition of your leadership development and professional achievement as a leader and will help you develop the skills, knowledge and confidence you need to lead a team team.

 

This qualification has a modular structure which uniquely allows you to develop your own professional areas of interest.

 

ELUK is responsible for the assessment of the IPQL qualification and will assess the submitted tasks against leadership competencies. Successful graduation from IPQL will demonstrate your ability to be an effective leader. The IPQL final assessment process has been designed to enable you to demonstrate that you can deliver successful and sustainable improvement in whatever your work setting, you use your experiences to reflect upon and improve your own leadership competencies.  IPQL final assessment is competency and evidence-based.

 

You will demonstrate your ability to lead at team for an extended period where you work on a chosen improvement priority which will demonstrable positive impact and sustainable change.
